There is something beautiful in our Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Cappuccino... Fresh coffee that awakens your senses with delicious cocoa powder that puts a smile on your face. The warming cocoa overtones are pronounced yet delicate. Delicate because we don’t want to turn Cappuccino into a mocha drink. Rather, we want to bring out the intrinsic aroma of the coffee beans. The result is a wonderfully harmonious cappuccino with a chocolaty twist.
Our Cappuccino contains coffee beans that originate from Nicaragua and Honduras and bear the SHG seal of quality. This stands for "Strictly High Grown" and means that the coffee beans used in the coffee grow exclusively at altitudes over 1,200 metres. What does that add? In short, a LOT of aroma. This is because at such high altitudes the beans grow slowly and thus have more time to develop complex flavours and important nutrients. Then, our gentle and slow drum roasting allows the aromas to unfurl their full variety.
