Cappuccino Mug Cake
Cappuccino meets chocolate. Just three steps to the perfect mug cake for between meals.
Ingredients
1 mug50 ml | Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Cappuccino |
3 tbsp | flour |
0.5 tsp. | baking powder |
1 pinch | salt |
1 | egg |
1 | banana |
20 g | chocolate, in small pieces |
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder and salt.

Puree the egg, Emmi CAFFÈ LATTE Cappuccino and the banana in a blender until smooth. Fold into the flour mixture together with the chocolate pieces.

Pour into a mug and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
